Begin by clearing out your pantry and

The body will cleanse from within removing harmful toxins during this stage. During this period there are three food groups to place on hold (grains, legumes and dairy).
This phase requires the reintroduction of three food groups (grains, legumes, and dairy) in a systematic way every monday, one food group at a time.
This is the time to monitor your body's response to the respective food groups introduced. Any adverse symptoms shows your body is struggling to digest it.
This phase requires the incorporation of some form of intermittent fasting to give the body adequate time to detox, clear the plumbing (lymphatic) system which plays a major role in the entire immune system to maintain a healthy body.
