* 450g sirlon or ribeye steak * 2 Tablespoons butter/ghee/lard * 1 garlic clove crushed * ½ teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon black pepper

RECIPE: * Cut the beef into slices approx 5cm long * Season beef with salt and pepper * Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat * Add beef and cook for 5-7minutes stirring frequently * Transfer to a bowl and cover with a foil while you prepare the peppercorn sauce * Once ready serve beef with peppercorn sauce and vegetables of your choice

I had mine with mashed potatoes, carrots with green beans and peas Yummy and feeling Keeps you well satiated EAT WELL TO LIVE HEALTHY
