CHARMING WINGS


Chicken is a protein that most people enjoy, and belongs to the bird family and was part of what our hunter gatherer ancestors used to hunt and eat.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 packet chicken wings

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 cloves garlic crushed

  • 1 onion diced


METHOD


  • Put wings in a large container with a lid to cover

  • Blend all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the wings and mix

  • Cover and leave in fridge overnight

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Gas mark 6

  • Transfer wings onto a tray

  • Cook in oven for 45 minutes, turning over until brown

  • Serve with a salad or any low carbohydrate of your choice.
