EASY SWEET POTATO DISH


This is a meat free dish with just two main ingredients from nature, bursting with nutrients the body loves. Spinach and sweet potatoes both have a variety of vitamins and minerals

INGREDIENTS


  • Sweet Potatoes

  • 250 grams baby spinach

  • 2 tablespoons tallow/ghee/butter

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1 scotch bonnet (optional)


METHOD


  • Steam potatoes

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat

  • Add the spinach, salt, pepper and scotch bonnet

  • Keep stirring until spinach wilts

  • Serve with sweet potatoes & enjoy
