EASY SWEET POTATO DISH

This is a meat free dish with just two main ingredients from nature, bursting with nutrients the body loves. Spinach and sweet potatoes both have a variety of vitamins and minerals

INGREDIENTS
Sweet Potatoes
250 grams baby spinach
2 tablespoons tallow/ghee/butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 scotch bonnet (optional)
METHOD
Steam potatoes
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Add the spinach, salt, pepper and scotch bonnet
Keep stirring until spinach wilts
Serve with sweet potatoes & enjoy
