Enchanting Chargrilled Ribeye

Simple recipe with just 3 rich delicious nutrient dense natural ingredients,

Just the way nature Intended


  • 10oz rib eye steak

  • 2 portobello mushrooms

  • 1 tomato halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat grill to high heat

  • Season steak both sides, and place on a platter with mushrooms and halved tomatoes

  • Place under hot grill and cook for 5 minutes

  • Turn over steak, mushrooms and tomatoes to chargrill both sides for a further 5 minutes

  • Serve and enjoy with any low index carbohydrate if goal is to release weight
