Enchanting Chargrilled Ribeye

INGREDIENTS
10oz rib eye steak
2 portobello mushrooms
1 tomato halved
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat grill to high heat
Season steak both sides, and place on a platter with mushrooms and halved tomatoes
Place under hot grill and cook for 5 minutes
Turn over steak, mushrooms and tomatoes to chargrill both sides for a further 5 minutes
Serve and enjoy with any low index carbohydrate if goal is to release weight
