INGREDIENTS (serves 2)


  • 4 bok choys

  • 2 broccoli heads

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 1 red pepper (sliced)

  • 1 leek (sliced)

  • 2 celery stalks(sliced)

  • 2 Tablespoons butter or ghee

  • Salt & pepper to taste


METHOD


  • Steam all ingredients for 5 minutes

  • When cooked add butter, salt and pepper to taste

  • Serve and enjoy food in its natural form
