INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
4 bok choys
2 broccoli heads
1 onion (diced)
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 leek (sliced)
2 celery stalks(sliced)
2 Tablespoons butter or ghee
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Steam all ingredients for 5 minutes
When cooked add butter, salt and pepper to taste
Serve and enjoy food in its natural form
