Gratifying Goat Stew

INGREDIENTS(serves 4)
500 grams goat meat cut into small/medium pieces
1 tomato sliced
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion diced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt to taste
4 carrots chopped
250 grams broccoli
A few leaves spring greens finely chopped
3 cups of broth/ stock
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat
Fry goat meat until brown
Add onion, garlic, tomato and fry for 5 minutes
Add stock, turmeric, back pepper, keep stirring and bring to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 60 mins
Add broccoli, carrots, spring greens and salt and cook for 5 minutes
