Healthy Breakfast

This healthy breakfast has everything you need to keep you going for longer without snacking temptations. It consists of three super foods, liver, eggs and mushrooms. The benefits of eggs and liver have been covered in some recipes. Check them out. Mushrooms are full of antioxidants, B Vitamins, copper and potassium.
All ingredients are in their natural form just the way nature intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
6 eggs
250 grams liver
2 portabelo mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
4 table spoons cooking oil (Tallow, lard, ghee, butter, coconut oil, palm oil, duck oil)
Teaspoon of fresh coriander for colour contrast
1/2 teaspoon hot chilli (optional)
METHOD
Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a pan on medium heat
Add the liver and mushrooms and cook turning frequently till well cooked
In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil
Prepare your scrambled eggs
Leave them fluffy
Add salt and pepper to taste to both liver and scrambled eggs
Toss coriander to the ready scrambled eggs and mix thoroughly
Your nutritious dense healthy breakfast is ready
