JUICY TURKEY MEATBALLS


The recipe is easy to prepare and takes less than an hour to enjoy. All ingredients in their natural form. No preservatives, additives, artificial colouring and artificial flavour

INGREDIENTS


  • 500 grams turkey meatballs

  • 1 head cauliflower grated for cauliflower rice

  • 250 grams spinach/chard

  • spring onions

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil (tallow, ghee, butter, coconut oil, palm oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


METHOD


  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat

  • Add meatballs to fry until brown and transfer into a bowl

  • Use same pan with oil and add tomatoes and spring onions

  • Stir for 5 minutes for a nice thick sauce

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Steam spinach and bell pepper

  • Steam cauliflower rice

  • Serve and enjoy
