JUICY TURKEY MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS
500 grams turkey meatballs
1 head cauliflower grated for cauliflower rice
250 grams spinach/chard
spring onions
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil (tallow, ghee, butter, coconut oil, palm oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Add meatballs to fry until brown and transfer into a bowl
Use same pan with oil and add tomatoes and spring onions
Stir for 5 minutes for a nice thick sauce
Add salt and pepper to taste
Steam spinach and bell pepper
Steam cauliflower rice
Serve and enjoy
