Moreish Courgetti

A great alternative to traditional processed spaghetti. You can buy these ready made in packs from some of the local supermarkets or make your own with a spiralizer, peeler or grater. The recipe takes less than 10 minutes and can be served with any of your favourite meat dishes. Courgettes are a good source of very low carbohydrate and a bonus to those looking to release excess weight to their ideal weight
Just The Way Nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
3 Courgettes
Spiralizer or grater or peeler
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
METHOD
Use a spiralizer, grater or peeler to spiral your courgettes
Heat oil in a large pan
Add spiralized courgettes
Saute for a couple of minutes turning with tongs
Once soft add salt
Serve with any meat dish
TIP
Add salt when ready to avoid salt sucking moisture from courgettes before cooking
