Palatable Bacon & Vegetables


Vegetables will always give you most of the nutrients needed by the body. Baby marrows are a good source of dietary fibre, Vitamins A, B, C and K to keep you well nourished Just the way nature intended.


INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

  • 8 rashers bacon (no preservatives except salt)

  • 2 baby marrows sliced

  • 2 red onions sliced

  • Bell peppers 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow(sliced and seeds removed)

  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil (Tallow, butter, ghee, coconut oil, palm oil, lard)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Gas mark 6

  • In a large tray place all your vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and mix them together

  • Put bacon rashers on top and transfer to the oven

  • Cook for 20-30 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon

  • There you are your palatable bacon & vegetables is ready to serve and enjoy
