Pan Roast Chuck With Sweet Potato

INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
200 grams brisket
1 medium sweet potato
200 grams chard
4 tablespoons ghee/butter/tallow
1 tomato chopped seeds removed
1 onion diced
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Season beef with salt and pepper and place in frying pan for about 20 minutes till brown
Transfer beef into a bowl
Add onion, tomato, chard and thyme to the frying pan, mix and fry for 5 minutes
Steam sweet potato
Serve and enjoy
