Savoury Vegetables

Vegetables have a place in nature to nourish the human body
Just the Way nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 6)
250 grams mushrooms
1 head cabbage chopped
1 head cauliflower chopped
250 grams broccoli
2 leeks chopped
2 onions chopped
2 large tomatoes sliced
4 carrots chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
4 Tablespoons ghee or butter
1 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup broth
METHOD
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat
Fry onions and garlic for 3 minutes
Add mushrooms and keep stirring
Add the rest of the vegetables and broth, bring to the boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve with your favourite meat dish
