SPICED CHICKEN THIGHS

A very healthy dish to enjoy on the detox program. Does not cause a high insulin surge and helps in releasing excess weight and lowering inflammation. A good dish to take to work and avoid using the canteen or any takeaway. All natural ingredients

INGREDIENTS
Packet with 10 chicken thighs
1 tablespoon Baharat Spice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cajun
2 tablespoons ghee/butter
4 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 sweet potato
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Gas mark 6
Chop all vegetables and lay then on a tray
Spread the ghee/butter on the vegetables
Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables and sprinkle all spices and herbs on top
Place tray in oven and cook for an hour turning chicken over half way through
Rest for 10 minutes
