BARBEQUE CHICKEN

It is spring and the temperatures are good. Perfect time for a BBQ and enjoy both the weather and the food
Nothing new still singing the same hymn sticking to food from nature no preservatives, no additives, no artificial colourings and no artificial flavours. The way nature intended real food meant for humans.
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
BBQ stand
Charcoal
2 Chickens
Black pepper
2 Onions (grated)
2 Teaspoons Himalayan salt/ sea salt
Any spice or herbs of your choice
RECIPE:
Marinate chickens overnight with grated onions and all the spices and herbs and keep covered in a fridge
Light charcoal and allow to burn for 15-30 minutes(preheat)
Make sure coal is hot and glowing before grilling, No smoke
Grill your chicken turning over regularly
Ready when brown and crispy
Serve with salads. I had mine with the rainbow salad available on the website
