Crispy Crunchy Cabbage


Cabbage is a cheap to buy, tasty and delicious super food, full of vitamins and antioxidants. It is high in fibre, and a great source of low dense carbohydrates for those on a journey to release weight. Cabbage is also a cheap and affordable skin toner and helps keep your skin glowing and blemish-free. That means less time on cleansing your skin from the outside, thanks to the cabbage toning your skin from inside.


Again all ingredients are from nature, just the way nature intended


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cabbage finely cut

  • 2 large beef tomatoes diced (seeds and skin removed)

  • 4 Tablespoons cooking oil (butter, ghee, coconut oil, lard)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 onions diced

  • 2 garlic cloves diced

METHOD


  • Heat oil on medium heat in a large pan

  • Add onions and stir till translucent

  • Add garlic and stir for 3 minutes

  • Then add tomatoes and keep stirring till most of the flesh dissolves

  • Add cabbage , salt and pepper to taste

  • Stir and mix thoroughly for 5 minutes, and leave cabbage crispy and crunchy

  • Your cabbage is ready to serve with any of your meat dishes or at breakfast with scrambled eggs
