Divine Lamb Shanks

Nutritious recipe with all natural ingredients,
Just the way nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
2 lamb shanks
2 tablespoons cooking oil (tallow, butter, ghee, lard, coconut oil, palm oil)
1 onion diced
1 celery stalk chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 sprig of rosemary diced
1 sprig fresh dill
5 cups broth or stock
Steamed vegetables cauliflower, broccoli, red bell pepper, mushrooms, green beans
Salt and Pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a casserole pan over medium heat
Add shanks and fry until browned all over
Add onion, garlic, tomato, salt and pepper
Pour broth, reduce heat and simmer for two hours
Steam your other vegetables
Make a nice bed from your steamed vegetables
Serve shanks on a nice bed of steamed vegetables
Thread dill into the hollow of the bone
