Delicious & healthy instant mince in just half an hour!
This recipe takes less than half an hour to prepare. It is healthy, nutritious and keeps you well-satiated for longer and you will not crave for sugary stuff to snack on. It will help tame the insulin monster, regulate your metabolism and weight.
* 500grams whole fat mince (serves 2) * ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped * 2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped (optional) * 1 medium onion * 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger * ¼ teaspoon sea salt or himalaya salt * ¼ black pepper * 200 grams mushroom * 4 Tablespoons butter/lard/ghee * ½ cup hot water
* Cook on medium heat * Melt butter in a pot * Add onion, garlic and ginger fry for 5 minutes then add mushrooms mix stir for a further 5 minutes * Add mince meat and stir for 5minutes * Add water, black pepper and salt and simmer for 10mins and cover with a lid * Add fresh mint leaves stir and leave to simmer for 5mins
There you are in half an hour you have a delicious instant mince dish and you can serve this with cauliflower rice, broccoli, cabbage or any low carbohydrate vegetable of your choice.
