EGG & BACON SALAD

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)
4 boiled eggs cut into halves
Handful olives
1 red pepper cut into small pieces
2 rashers bacon grilled and cut into small pieces
Half a cucumber
250 grams lettuce
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
RECIPE:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together
Add Salt and pepper to taste
Voila quick, easy, delicious and will keep you well satiated and help tame the insulin monster
