EGG & BACON SALAD




Another recipe, food in its natural form, just the way nature intended. Salads are always a quick and delicious fix when haunted with episodes of cravings and severe hunger pangs especially for those on the detox journey who are in the process of taming the insulin monster. This can come in handy and help you stay away from temptations


INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)


  • 4 boiled eggs cut into halves

  • Handful olives

  • 1 red pepper cut into small pieces

  • 2 rashers bacon grilled and cut into small pieces

  • Half a cucumber

  • 250 grams lettuce

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


RECIPE:


In a large bowl mix all ingredients together

Add Salt and pepper to taste


Voila quick, easy, delicious and will keep you well satiated and help tame the insulin monster
