Flavoursome Sunday BBQ

Traditionally, Sunday roast is the in thing. To spice it up, you can go further in the beautiful sunny weather in spring and summer and be outdoors in nature and have a barbecue with friends and family. Food is a social and relational tool and as humans food tastes better and enjoyable with loved ones around
Just The Way Nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 6)
Outdoor BBQ stand with charcoal
2 kg T-bone steak
1 packet with 8 drumsticks
Marinade made from
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil ( tallow, coconut oil butter, ghee, palm oil)
1 teaspoon parsley
1 juice of lemon or 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
METHOD
Blend all marinade ingredients
Pour over meat and rub in thoroughly
Cover with lid and leave in fridge over night
Come Sunday prepare your salads of your choice
Light up BBQ charcoal as per instructions
Once charcoal is red (no fumes)
Start BBQ
Turning meat regularly until cooked
Sprinkle salt to taste when almost ready
Sunday roast BBQ ready to serve with salads
