Inviting Pot Roast Brisket



Always a pleasure to enjoy home grown vegetables. In this recipe I share with you has only three natural ingredients, two of which are the fruits of my labour from my allotment.

Just The Way Nature Intended


INGREDIENTS (serves 1)


  • Brisket Steak for 1

  • Spring onions

  • 250 grams kale

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 3 Tablespoons Oil (butter, ghee, coconut, palm, tallow)


METHOD


  • In a large pan with 3 compartments heat oil over medium heat

  • Place brisket, onions and kale into pan and cook turning meat over until well cooked

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste once meat cooked

  • Ready to serve

  • Any left overs can form part of your next meal next day
