Inviting Pot Roast Brisket


Always a pleasure to enjoy home grown vegetables. In this recipe I share with you has only three natural ingredients, two of which are the fruits of my labour from my allotment.
Just The Way Nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
Brisket Steak for 1
Spring onions
250 grams kale
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons Oil (butter, ghee, coconut, palm, tallow)
METHOD
In a large pan with 3 compartments heat oil over medium heat
Place brisket, onions and kale into pan and cook turning meat over until well cooked
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste once meat cooked
Ready to serve
Any left overs can form part of your next meal next day
