Lamb ribs

The recipe has two delicious ingredients from nature
Just the way nature Intended
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
500 grams lamb ribs
4 medium potatoes sliced
2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Gas mark 6
Place potatoes in a large tray
Then lamb ribs on top of potatoes
Spread cooking oil on both potatoes and lamb
Sprinkle thyme, rosemary and black pepper
Transfer to oven and cook for an hour
Turn ribs and potatoes over half way through
When nicely browned both sides sprinkle salt
Leave to rest for 15 minutes
Serve and enjoy
TIP
Always add salt last as salt hardens potatoes and takes longer to cook
Peel potatoes after cooking to get maximum nutrients found just under the skin
