Mixed Veggie Curry Recipe

Vegetables are always a good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals. We have covered before that some of the vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, spinach provide a good source of carbohydrates for those on the journey to release weight. Their effect on the insulin levels is very low hence there is no building or storage that goes on, instead this gives the body a chance to tap into body fat reserves stored around your belly for energy hence weight loss flows effortlessly.
All The Ingredients Are In Their Natural Form, The Way Nature Intended
INGREDIENTS
1 Cauliflower head
4 Carrots
1 baby marrow
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
150 grams mushrooms
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon curry (check label and make sure no additives)
Salt to taste
6 Tablespoons oil
Any vegetables of your choice
METHOD
Cut all vegetables into shapes sizes of you choice
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat
Add onion and stir till translucent
Add garlic, turmeric, black pepper, salt and curry and stir for 5 minutes
Reduce heat & add mushrooms and carrots and simmer for 5 minutes
Then add the rest of the vegetables and stir and mix thoroughly until cooked
Your mixed vegetable curry is ready to serve with any meat of your choice
TIP
Do not add any water. Your water to cook will be released from the mushrooms and baby marrow
Mushrooms and carrots are added first as they need a bit more time to cook
