Mouth Watering Guinea Fowl

Guinea Fowl is a delicate delicious bird and gives that variety to your meals.
Just The Way Nature Intended
INGREDIENTS
1 whole guinea fowl
1 onion diced
4 Sprigs of thyme
2 tablespoons butter/ghee
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
Stuff onion, thyme, salt and pepper inside the guinea fowl
Tie drumsticks together with a string so stuffing stays inside
Let it stand overnight in fridge
Heat oven to 200 degrees C. Gas mark 6
Place guinea fowl in a tray and cook in oven for an hour
Turn it over half way through cooking
Leave to stand then serve with your favourite vegetables
