Peng Mixed Vegetable Grill

Vegetables are always a must in our everyday diet. To spice your meals up you can have a grill of mixed vegetables as your main meal and add your meat/protein

Just The Way Nature Intended


  • 1 Cauliflower head cut to florets

  • 4 Carrots chopped

  • 1 onion diced

  • a few leaves spring greens finely chopped

  • 1 courgette sliced

  • 3 Bell Peppers (yellow, red, orange) chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 3 Tablespoons oil (tallow, butter, ghee, lard, coconut oil)

  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)


  • Preheat oven 200 degrees C. Gas Mark 6

  • Put all vegetables in a tray

  • Spread evenly with oil on top

  • Place in oven and cook for 10-15 minutes

  • Once cooked sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

  • Serve with your favourite meat dish
