Scrummy Eggs with Bacon


Simple, delicious, gratifying and easy to prepare breakfast with just two ingredients from nature

Just the way nature Intended


INGREDIENTS (serves 2)


  • 4 eggs

  • 6 rashers bacon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil (tallow, lard, ghee, coconut oil, palm oil, avocado oil)


METHOD


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Gas mark 6

  • Place bacon on tray and cook in oven for 3-5 minutes and turn over

  • Cook for a further 3-5 minutes

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat

  • Break eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly

  • Pour egg mixture into pan and leave to settle without stirring for a minute

  • Stir with a wooden spoon making sure it does not stick to the bottom

  • Leave for 20 seconds

  • Stir again and leave eggs soft and slightly run

  • Serve scrummy eggs with bacon
