INGREDIENTS


  • 4 salmons

  • 2 red bell peppers diced

  • Spring onion finely chopped

  • Spices of your choice

  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees gas mark 6

  • Place salmons in a tray, Add peppers and spring onions, salt to taste and spices of your choice and cook for 20 minutes,

  • Simple Scrumptious Salmon and red peppers ready to serve for your enjoyment with any low dense carbohydrate, to keep your blood glucose and insulin levels low.
