Scrumptious T Bone Stew

Keeping it simple is the best way to eating healthy. The recipe below has a few ingredients in their natural form. Simple to prepare as well. Scrumptious in your mouth and your gut loves these ingredients.

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
500 grams T bone cut into medium pieces
2 large tomatoes (diced and seeds and skin removed
1 onion diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
250 grams spring greens finely chopped
1 scotch bonnet diced
1 cup beef stock/broth/water
3 Tablespoons oil (tallow, butter, ghee, coconut oil)
3 cloves garlic crushed
METHOD
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat
Add meat pieces and fry till brown
Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, scotch bonnet, salt and pepper together
Add mixture to the t bone and stir
Pour 1 cup bone broth/stock/water over mixture
Stir for 3 minutes
Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes
Serve with any low carbohydrate of your choice
