Slow Cooked Lamb

Delicious lamb accompanied by simple ingredients from nature. Good for the gut and brain
Just the way nature intended
INGREDIENTS
2 lamb shanks
1 cup fresh peas
2 potatoes
1 large tomato sliced
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoon mint
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Gas mark 6
In casserole dish spread vegetables evenly
Place lamb on top of vegetables
Add all herbs, spices and butter
Cover with a lid
Place dish in oven
Reduce heat to minimum and slow cook for 6 hours
Rest for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy
