Tasty Beef with Vegetables

Beef is nutritious and can be prepared in various ways to spice up your meals and make them exciting. The recipe has all nutrients the body requires and will keep you satiated for longer especially for those in the process of releasing excess weight.

Just The Way Nature Intended

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)

  • 500 grams beef cut into cubes

  • 250 grams green beans chopped

  • 1 baby marrow chopped

  • 250 grams mushrooms

  • 1 large tomato (skin and seeds removed)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 scotch bonnet (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup broth/stock/water

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil (Tallow, butter,ghee, coconut/palm oil)


  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium heat

  • Fry beef cuts until brown

  • Blend onion, tomato, scotch bonnet, broth and ginger

  • Pour mixture over the beef and stir and bring to boil

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Simmer for 30 minutes

  • In another pan heat two tablespoons oil

  • Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

  • Add remaining vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes

  • Voila your tasty beef with healthy vegetables is ready for you to enjoy.
