The BEST Boiled Egg Recipe

A basic recipe with just three natural ingredients from nature, LIVING, EATING, Just the way nature intended
INGREDIENTS:
2-4 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon blackpepper
1 Tablespoon butter
METHOD:
Fill a saucepan with water (half full)
Bring to the boil on medium heat
Then add eggs by sliding them gentle with a spoon
Depending on how you like your boiled eggs
Soft boiled (runny yolk)5 minutes
Medium boiled 7 minutes
Hard boiled 9 minutes
For an easier peel have a bowl with ¾ full iced water and also prevents yolk from discolouring to green/grey colour
Once your eggs are ready remove from pan and immerse them in ice cold water for 5 minutes
Peel, slice them in half and spread butter on them and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Serve with salad or any healthy food of your choice.
I served mine with bacon and a tomato
