Todays Recipe - CHICKEN WINGS WITH VEGETABLES:

Another simple recipe using only food in its natural form just as nature intended
INGREDIENTS:
250 grams chicken wings (serves two) 2 medium size sweet potatoes 2-3 carrots 100 grams broccoli 100 grams cauliflower 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon sea/ himalayan salt 1 medium size finely chopped onion 2 cloves crushed garlic And any of your favourite herbs and spices 2 Tablespoons butter/ghee/lard
RECIPE:
Marinate chicken in a bowl with onion, garlic, black pepper, salt and any of your favourite herbs and spices. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge On the day set oven on medium heat Line tray with 2 tablespoons of butter/ghee or lard Transfer marinated chicken on to tray and place in oven for 20 minutes Check and turn them over with a fork and leave them in oven for another 20 minutes Steam sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower Serve with your favourite sauce, garlic, tomato, black pepper etc Any sauce will do if made from natural, real food meant for humans just as nature intended
