* Ready made meals loaded with preservatives to make them tasty and last longer * Processed foods * Preservatives especially the famous 4-Sulphites, monosodium glutamate(MSG), carrageenan and titanium dioxide * Artificial colouring and artificial flavours * Sugars and dense carbohydrates-These foods raise your blood glucose which then triggers insulin to be released and insulin is a storage hormone and this keeps you hungry and snacking non stop. This leads to insulin resistance a precursor to most chronic diseases. * Hydrogenated oils like soya oil, corn oil, margarine, sunflower oil * Fizzy drinks, sweets, cakes, chocolates, ice cream
