Mince meat is at times a boring meal at the back of your mind. Stuck with some mince meat in your fridge/freezer & not sure what to do with it? You can turn the mince around and make it into delicious and priority meal, seeing there is so much time in this lockdown. Again easy, simple and delicious to make

INGREDIENTS: 4 Tablespoons butter/ghee/lard ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon sea/himalaya salt 1 teaspoon oregano 3 cloves garlic 1 onion chopped 2 eggs 500 grams (your favourite mince beef chicken turkey etc) 2 tablespoons coconut/almond flour RECIPE: Line your baking tray with some oil Preheat oven to medium 180 degrees Mix mince eggs, onion garlic oregano salt and pepper in a bowl With your hands Roll into a ball the size of a golf ball Heat Pan and melt the butter When hot add the meatballs briefly for 5 minutes until brown Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes Serve your meatballs with any vegetables of your choice On this day I served my meatballs with fried cabbage, mushrooms and sweet potato EAT WELL TO LIVE HEALTHY
