Rich Haddock Breakfast


There is more fish, spinach and eggs on the site. This recipe combines the 4 super foods together and that is what makes this recipe so rich. You can never go wrong with these ingredients all in one plate, nourishing and very enjoyable

just the way nature intended.





INGREDIENTS serves 1



  • 150 g Haddock

  • 1 cup Spinach

  • 1 cup Mushroom

  • 2 Tablespoon cooking oil (tallow, lard, ghee, butter, coconut oil, palm oil, avocado oil)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius gas mark 6

  • Sprinkle salt & pepper over haddock and drizzle with cooking oil

  • Wrap in foil pepper

  • Place in oven and cook for 15 -20 minutes

  • In separate pots Steam spinach in a small pot

  • Boil eggs

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry mushrooms over medium heat for 5 mins
